Welcome to MySeekrit!

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the MySeekrit application (the "Service") operated by Weintelify Technologies. ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Your Responsibility

1.1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any information associated with your account, including your username and password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

1.2. You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.

2. User Content

2.1. You retain ownership of any content you post or submit through the Service ("User Content"). By posting or submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the Service.

2.2. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant us the license described in Section 2.1 and that your User Content does not violate any third party rights or applicable laws.

2.3. You must adhere to the following guidelines:

• You must be 13 years or older to use this app.
• You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your screen name.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other MySeekrit users.
• You may not use the MySeekrit service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You must not modify, adapt or hack MySeekrit or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with MySeekrit.
• You must not create or submit unwanted email or comments to any MySeekrit members ("Spam").
• You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, profiles, links that you submit, post, and display on the MySeekrit app.

3. Prohibited Conduct

3.1. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms.

3.2. You agree not to post or submit any User Content that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable.

3.3. You agree not to impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

4. Privacy

4.1. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Termination

5.1. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

6. Changes

6.1. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
